Who operates this site
OceanDB Pro is published by the VigilesHQ team, which also operates Vigiles (https://vigileshq.com). VigilesHQ is registered in Singapore. OceanDB Pro is an independent technical resource. It is not the official OceanBase website and is not affiliated with OceanBase, Oracle, MySQL, or other database vendors.
Educational content
Guides, runbooks, comparisons, glossary entries, tools, and blog posts on OceanDB Pro are provided for general technical education. They reflect the authors' understanding at the time of publication and may not match your environment, OceanBase version, or support contract.
Content is not official OceanBase documentation. Verify critical steps against OceanBase product documentation and your own staging or lab cluster before production changes.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional engineering advice. Consulting engagements, if you choose them, are scoped separately through the VigilesHQ team. A free consultation does not create a binding services agreement until both parties agree to a written scope.
Consulting and contact
OceanBase consulting (implementation, migration, HA, performance, operations, training) is offered through the same VigilesHQ team that operates Vigiles. Consultation requests submitted via the consultation form are handled by that team so they can respond to your enquiry.
